Operators of dry-mixed mortar production lines must undergo professional training to master the knowledge of using and maintaining dry-mixed mortar mixers and mortar tanks. 

They can only take up their posts after passing the assessment and obtaining a joint license. The following six preventive measures are summarized and must not be taken lightly.

1. Operators must wear protective clothing. This is a basic concept.

2. Special attention should be paid to the safety devices on the dry-mixed mortar mixer and storage tank. 

The operating status of the safety devices should be checked before each start-up.

3. If the dry-mixed mortar equipment is in normal operation, no components that could endanger personal safety should be left on the equipment.

Operators are not allowed to connect electricity privately. 

There must be two people on duty in the power supply department to avoid being overwhelmed by one person in case of an emergency.

4. When conducting management and maintenance work on the continuous dry-mixed mortar mixer and storage tank, it must be in a pressure-free state. 

The remaining materials can be effectively removed as construction waste in China in accordance with regulations.

5. It is strictly prohibited for untrained and unapproved operators to open the electrical control box of the continuous dry powder mortar mixer.

6. The maintenance of dry-mixed mortar packaging machines and storage tanks must be approved by professional manufacturers.
